FAQs

Will I be able to take my dress away on the day?

Absolutely. All our stock is there for you to take away on the day.

How many wedding dresses and mother of the bride dresses will I have to choose from?

At any given time we have over 300 dresses for you to choose from.

How do I know what size wedding dress will fit me?

Most wedding dresses fit smaller than High Street sizes so it’s a good idea to go up one size.

What do I need to bring with me?

It’s a good idea to wear a strapless bra if you have one and bring some shoes too. We have sample shoes available for you use if you forget.

Will I have to put the dresses on by myself?

Wedding dresses are quite difficult to put on so you will have an assistant to help you.

Should I wear make-up?

It’s better to wear as little make up as possible to protect the dresses. We do have face masks which we ask you to wear to prevent the dresses being marked.

Can I bring my friends and family with me?

We suggest that you just bring your closest family member with you who’s opinion you can trust. It can be quite stressful for you if you have a large group of people, all with different opinions, trying to give you advice. You want to please everyone but remember, it’s all about you, it’s your wedding day.

Can I bring children with me?

We understand how difficult it can be to arrange childcare so sometimes you don’t have any other option. However, it is our experience that babies get quite anxious when they see their mum going behind the curtain, and it can be very stressful for you to make a decision whilst your baby is crying. In addition, toddlers get bored easily and start to run around, which can be distracting  for you too.
